Born in Reggio Calabria (Italy), he is heir to a family tradition that has been passed from father to son for four generations. His great grand father was the head Chef of the last King of Italy, Vittorio Emanuele III. Strengthening the difference with an italo-french double culinary culture, his cuisine releases new taste and flavors, just by using simple and natural ingredients.
With innovative cooking techniques, and unconventional assemblings, his cuisine is described as evolutionary.
